Hope Wiseman is an entrepreneur, operator, and innovator who has spent years building businesses and turning those lessons into tools, frameworks, and resources for the next generation of founders.
In 2018, she made history as the youngest Black woman in the U.S. to own a cannabis dispensary with the launch of Mary & Main, a community institution in Capitol Heights, Maryland, built around access, education, and real customer care.
Today, she leads WISECO, a multi-state holding company that invests in, develops, and manages operating businesses and real estate assets.
Her work has earned recognition in ESSENCE, Black Enterprise, The Washington Post, and beyond.

Mary & Main is a Black-owned and women-owned cannabis dispensary located in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Founded by Hope Wiseman and her mother, Dr. Octavia Wiseman, it was created as a safe, welcoming space for the community to access quality cannabis and learn about its benefits.
